DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official reopening to the base movie theater here Feb. 11 after a two-year closure and a multi-million dollar upgrade. Work began on the theater in November 2009 and the total cost for the renovation was approximately $4.5 million. Dyess Theater reopens with free movies
