Dyess Theater reopens with free movies

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official reopening to the base movie theater here Feb. 11 after a two-year closure and a multi-million dollar upgrade. Work began on the theater in November 2009 and the total cost for the renovation was approximately $4.5 million. Ticket costs for future shows are $4.50 for adults, $3.50 for children and children under the age of five are free. To view upcoming shows, click the link on the main Dyess page at www.dyess.af.mil.
