Dyess Airmen compete in survival competition
DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas—Airman 1st Class Evan Mills, 7th Bomb Wing Public Affairs, simulates self-decontamination Feb. 17 during an ability to survive and operate training competition here. To help prepare for the upcoming Operational Readiness Exercise, Dyess held a competition between squadrons to test their ability to operate and survive during war time. The competition consisted of different obstacles such as self-aid and buddy care, vehicle decontamination, self-decontamination and answering a variety of questions. To succeed Airmen had to work together and finish each obstacle thoroughly and quickly. (U.S Air Force photo/ Airman 1st Class Shannon Hall)
