Col. David Been, 7th Bomb Wing commander, and Brig. Gen. Lester Simpson, 176th Engineer Brigade commander, cut the ribbon Sept. 8, 2011 during the official grand opening of the new Armed Forces Reserve Center at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The multi-use facility is part of the larger realignment of base facilities across the United States.
