J-model #15 arrives at Dyess
Maj. Gen. Charles Reed Jr., Air Force Reserve Command, presents the honorary key to Airman 1st Class Diandra Pena, 317th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron February 16, 2012, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas.
