J-model #16 arrives at Dyess

Members from the 7th Bomb Wing render a salute as Maj. Gen. Rowayne A. Schatz Jr., Air Mobility Command director of strategic plans, taxis in a new J-model March 6, 2012, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas.
