Col. VanHerck assumes command of Dyess

Glen VanHerck, 7th Bomb Wing commander, during the 7th Bomb Wing change of command ceremony July 3, 2012, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. VanHerck assumed command of the 7th Bomb Wing from Col. As commander, VanHerck is responsible for the health and welfare of more than 12,000 active duty military members, civilian employees and family members.
