Beach volleyball court sets Hangar Center for success
U.S. Air Force Capt. Nick Saccone, 819th Red Horse Squadron, from Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont., sets a stray ball during a 2-on-2 volleyball match Aug. 18, 2012, on Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The recently constructed sand volleyball court was made to benefit Airmen living in the dorms and bring business to the Hangar Center. Many local businesses and organizations donated money and time toward the court. The Company Grade Officers Club and Red Horse Airmen from Malmstrom AFB, Mont., volunteered their time for three weeks to move 220 tons of sand, donated by Ingram concrete.
