Functional Fitness takes over Dyess
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Joshua Alverez, 7th Force Support Squadron, picks up a 60-pound medicine ball in the new Functional Fitness room Aug. 23, 2012, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The new room, Dyess’ second functional fitness area, features approximately $20,000 worth of new equipment including total body exercise equipment, new bumper plates and varying sizes of medicine balls.
