4-star delivers 22nd Super Hercules

Members of the 317th Airlift Group and U.S. Air Force Gen. William Fraser III, U.S. Transportation Command commander, deliver the newest C-130J Super Hercules Aug. 29, 2012, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas.
