The newest C-130J flies over the flightline Dec. 13, 2012, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas.  The aircraft was delivered by Maj. Gen. William J. Bender, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center commander, and is the 24th of 28 to be delivered to Dyess by 2013, replacing the legacy fleet of C-130Hs.
