Children meet Dyess Airmen
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Kathy Chambers, 7th Security Forces Squadron, shows Bartja, a 7th SFS military working dog, a letter written by a kindergartener thanking them for their service March 7, 2013, in Abilene, Texas. During the visit, children from Martinez Elementary School had the opportunity to interact with Airmen from security forces, maintenance and public affairs. The Airmen talked to the children about their jobs and why they joined the Air Force. At the end of the visit, students read handwritten letters to the Airmen.
