We could implement a rule with the GI Bill, in order to obtain it, you have to be in 10 years versus everyone just joining for four and getting the entire post 9/11 GI Bill. We could also stop paying for family separation during deployments and TDY’s, and give hazard duty pay solely to people are are actually in combat zones.
