Key spouses appreciation luncheon
Dyess spouses mingle during a key spouse’s luncheon April 10, 2013, at the Hangar Center on Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The luncheon was held to appreciate and recognize those that have been chosen by squadron commanders, to become a key spouse. Key spouses support their fellow spouses during deployments, temporary duty assignments and during any other challenge that may come along. In order to be selected as a key spouse, the person must contact the squadron that they are affiliated with and the commander will arrange a time to interview the spouse. If chosen, the spouse attends a one day training course held at the Airman and Family Readiness Center.
