Abilene honors veterans on Memorial Day
The Dyess Honor Guard presents the colors during a Memorial Day ceremony held at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene, Texas, May 27, 2013. The ceremony featured guest speaker retired U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Robert J. Strader, a Korean War veteran. During his speech, Strader shared a few of his personal war stories with the audience.
