Traffic circle repairs March 10 Published March 9, 2015 7th Bomb Wing Public Affairs DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- ***ATTENTION TEAM DYESS*** Tomorrow, March 10th, there will be limited travel through the traffic circle from 8:30 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. There will be a single lane open, allowing only west bound traffic through the circle. There will be no east or north bound traffic in the circle. All outbound traffic will be exiting through base-housing.
