Dyess Airmen spar their way through Marine Corps Martial Arts Program
Dyess Airmen perform fighting techniques with pugil sticks during the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program class at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Feb. 27, 2024. During the course, members endured tough and realistic training, to ensure a ready force and enhance combat readiness. The program, developed by the U.S. Marine Corps in 2001, uses an advancement system similar to most martial arts programs which includes tan, grey, green, brown and black belts.
