DYESS AFB, Texas -- As a result of increased deployments of medical technicians, the 7th Medical Group must temporarily suspend military ambulance services on base.
All emergency 911 calls for ambulance services will be immediately dispatched to off-base, civilian ambulances. Transport times will not be affected, since Texas law requires civilian ambulances to transport patients off-base.
