Dyess Child Development Center sets hours for weekend exercise Published July 9, 2008 DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- For children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten and children in the School Age Program in grades 1 through 12 years old, the Dyess Child Development Center will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. July 12 and 13 during the Operational Readiness Exercise. Registration for guaranteed space closes close of business July 10. All other requests for child care will be accepted on July 11 on a space available basis. For regularly enrolled CDC and SAP children, the cost is based on the fee category hourly rate for the hours requested on the sign-up sheet. Payment is made on the next regular scheduled payment day. For all other children, the cost is $4 per hour per child, based on 30-minute increments. Payment is made at the time of registration. Any time a child is in care outside of their reserved hours, there will be an additional $2 per 15-minute increment charge. Cancellations or modifications made by close of business July 9 will be accepted without penalty. After July 8, no credit or refund will be given for reserved hours that are not used.
