Center is holding pre-deployment brief for all upcoming deployers, families

The Airman and Family Readiness Center is holding a family pre-deployment brief for all upcoming deployers and their families on Monday, Dec. 1, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Heritage Club.

This event will be a one-stop shop for all deployers, and will include every agency so that deployers can have the majority of their out-processing checklist signed off. Even if you don't have your checklist yet, we'll forward your name to your unit deployment manager so that most of your checklist will be completed before you even receive it.

Spouses are highly encouraged to attend, and A&FRC and First Term Airman's Center will provide on-site childcare to encourage maximum participation. This event does not duplicate any squadron events because Airmen will be able to out-process and spouses will have access to base leadership for their concerns.

The following is the planned schedule of events:

6-6:10 p.m. -- Opening remarks by the Airman and Family Readiness Center

6:10-6:20 p.m. -- Legal Office presentation

6:20-6:25 p.m. -- Chaplain presentation

6:25-6:35 p.m. -- Finance presentation

6:35-6:50 p.m. -- TriCare presentation

6:50-6:55 p.m. -- SARC presentation

6:55-7:05 p.m. -- Family Advocacy presentation

7:05-7:15 p.m.-- Military and Life Consultants presentation

7:15-7:30 p.m.-- Closing remarks and questions by the 7th Bomb Wing Commander
