ACC selects best in JAG corps for 2008

General John D.W. Corley, Commander, Air Combat Command, recently announced the winners of the following 2008 ACC JAG Corps awards.

These awards recognize individuals who, through their hard work and dedication, have served commanders and clients with the highest level of legal support.

ACC Outstanding Judge Advocate: Maj. Thomas L. Cluff, Jr., USAFWC, Nellis AFB, NV

ACC Outstanding Paralegal SNCO: Master Sgt. Kalista V. Wright, 4 FW, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC

ACC Outstanding Paralegal Airman (E-6 and below): Tech. Sgt. Jesse Bascombe, 23 WG, Moody AFB, GA

ACC Outstanding Civilian Attorney: Mr. Omar T. Ojeda, 12 AF, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ

ACC Outstanding Legal Service Civilian: Ms Jennifer E. Washington, 2 BW, Barksdale AFB, LA

ACC Outstanding Reserve Judge Advocate: Capt. Donald H. Underwood II, 55 WG, Offutt AFB, NE

ACC Deputy Staff Judge Advocate: Capt. Mechel A. Campbell, 4 FW, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC

ACC Outstanding Paralegal Airman (E-4 and below): Senior Airman Natacia A. Flick, 7 BW, Dyess AFB, TX

Congratulations to Airman Flick for representing Dyess at the command level. Winners in the first six categories will go on to compete for the corresponding AF-level award.
