Traffic Circle
DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - As a reminder to all base personnel who drive it is important to follow the traffic circle rules. When entering the circle the speed limit is 15 MPH. Traffic in the inside lane have the right of way. When entering yield to any traffic that is in the inside lane, as they will be entering the outside lane. (U.S. Air Force photo)
