AVWP seeks home-repair volunteers

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Abilene Volunteer Weatherization Program seeks volunteers Oct. 17 to help with home repair of the elderly and less fortunate. Training will be held Sept. 23 from 1-3 p.m. at the Heritage Club, Lone Star Room. Free lunch and T-shirts will be provided on weatherization day.
