Dyess exercise may result in loud noises tonight

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --  As part of a planned base exercise, Dyess explosive ordnance disposal technicians are scheduled to detonate up to four small explosives between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. tonight. Residents living or traveling near the base should not be alarmed. Dyess EOD members are highly trained at handling explosives. The public will not be at risk.
