The 317th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Top 3 presented the Bomb Shelter with a table and four chairs here Aug. 28 decorated with squadron information.

"We noticed tables and chairs were starting to fall apart so we decided to lend a helping hand hoping other squadrons would follow our lead and help out," said Chief Master Sgt. Jim Collins, 317 AMXS superintendent.

The squadron used old uniforms as seat coverings and decorated the table with challenge coins, quotes and photos.

The 317 AMXS Top 3 spent more than 8 months decorating and designing the table and chairs.

"We appreciate the 317 AMXS and their support," said James Nicholas, club manager. "They took the time out of their busy schedule to help make the Bomb Shelter a better place for enlisted Airmen."

The Bomb Shelter is located at 357 Ave. B and opens Monday-Friday at 4 p.m. and Sundays at 11 a.m.
during the football season.
