Quail Hollow receives NMCS Award

Texas Congressman Randy Neugebauer presented the National Multifamily Customer Service Award to Quail Hollow Sept. 4 for achieving the highest level of quality and service, as rated by the residents.

The award is given out to housing management offices who achieve a 20 percent minimum response rate and a service score of 85 percent or above. Quail Hollow has resident satisfaction scores among the highest in the nation.

"It has always been our goal to give each resident's that extra attention to satisfy needs," said Sandy Nichols Quail Hollow community director. "We want our residents to trust that their housing needs will be taken care of."

More than 20 spectators gathered outside of the management office to see Congressman Neugenbauer present the NMCS award to Quail Hollow.

"As a former homebuilder, I was honored to be on base to witness this well-deserved recognition, the NMCS Award for Excellence," said Congressman Neugenbauer. "Quail Hollow is a wonderful asset to the community and provides quality housing options for the families of Dyess Air Force Base."

Also in attendance at the award presentation was Col. Robert Gass, 7th Bomb Wing commander. 

"We have great teams that manage and maintain our military family housing," said Col. Gass. "I'm not surprised to see the spotlight on them and am glad to see our top performers get the recognition they've earned. It's especially satisfying to see Team Dyess win an award for taking care of our people."

Quail Hollow serves more than 400 units mixed with military members and civilians. Quail Hollow management office try its best to keep all the residents satisfied.

"It's frequently said, but bears repeating that the Air Force recruits an Airman, but retains a family," said Congressman Neugenbauer. "It is high quality housing like Quail Hollow that provides these amenities, particularly during times of deployment. It is wonderful to see such high level of quality service recognized in the 19th District."
