This week's Warrior of the Week is Staff Sgt. Anthony J. Clement.

Unit: 436th Training Squadron

Job title: Video Maintenance Journeyman

Job description and its impact on the overall mission: I'm one of four video maintainers in the squadron. Our day-to-day job is to support eight classrooms and the video equipment for making training videos used Air force wide. We impact the mission by making sure the classrooms are ready for instruction, so we don't delay class time, and also by keeping the video gear ready to go. This allows video editors to accomplish their productions with no downtime.

Time in the military: Seven years and change

Time at Dyess: Three and a half years

Family: Wife, Alison Clement; Daughter, Amelia Clement; Son, Brendon Coates

Hometown: Philadelphia, Pa.

Why did you join the military? To travel and serve my country.

Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years: hopefully still in the Video Maintenance career field.

What do you do for fun here? I spend a lot of time with my family, other than that I'll play roller hockey or work on my computer.

What's your favorite Air Force memory or story? My favorite Air Force memory would be my entire first deployment. I learned a lot about myself and the Air Force in four months.

What accomplishment are you most proud of? Having a wonderful family.

Who are your role models? My family. My wife Alison's strength encourages me to do things I didn't think I could, and my kids who keep me be a kid at heart.
