The IDEA program rewards Airmen for ideas that save Air Force money and resources. That reward could range from $200 to $10,000. Someone who has an idea within their job responsibility that saves the Air Force a minimum of $20,000 can receive three percent of the estimated first-year savings. That reward could range from $600 to $10,000. Ideas don't have to save the Air Force large sums of money. Most approved ideas have small savings that can't be calculated. Small ideas are eligible for awards up to $200. For additional information, call Mr. Mike Pershing at (325) 696-2561.Submit your ideas at https://ipds.randolph.af.mil.
