DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --  Dyess Air force Base is welcoming new spouses and servicemembers at the Family & Readiness Center here Feb. 24 from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Information on Dyess services and programs will be discussed throughout the orientation.
