Learn to protect yourself April 2

Learn to protect yourself and those you love during a free seminar April 2 from 9-11 a.m. at the Heritage Club ballroom. The seminar will cover topics such as stalking, relationship violence, sexual assault, public and private violence, child abduction, child molestation and more. This year's guest speaker is former Los Angeles Police Department captain, Robert Martin, who is now the vice president of MOSAIC Threat Assessment System, Gavin de Becker and Associates.
