For new users, after agreeing with the end-user licensing agreement, register with TOL by clicking on the hyperlink, "Register now on TOL." Create a username and password for access to appointments.

Once registration is completed, access to booking appointments is based on patients selecting "New Problem/Not Urgent" in the system to book an appointment. One feature of making an appointment online is if a Primary Care Manager is unavailable for an appointment, another available 7th Medical Group provider may be booked.

For people with a Common-Access-Card reader at home, the ability to log-in with the CAC is another option. If the system is experiencing technical issues, contact the Military Health System help desk at (800) 600-9332 or (210) 767-5250.

"With new technology available at your fingertips, it is the 7th Medical Group's pleasure to serve your medical needs in providing world-class, trusted healthcare," said 2nd Lt. Ralph Onesko. "If the appointment line is not operational or for those beneficiaries who require an acute, routine or follow-up appointment after-hours, appointments can be booked with the click of a button on your home computer."
