Rockin’ in the Park takes place April 30

DYESS AIR FORCE, Texas --  Rockin' in the Park will take place April 30 from 6-10:30 p.m. at the Dyess parade grounds. All base military, civilians and family members are invited to attend. Off-base civilians may attend but must be accompanied by an ID card holder. There will be free hamburgers, hotdogs, sausages, soft drinks and water. There will be free fire engines and free jump castles for the children. Other entertainment is available for a small fee. Local DJs and the local band "Freeride" will provide music and the U.S. Air Force Academy Wings of Blue jump team will land in the middle of the field. Transportation will be offered at the Mesquite Golf Course entrance and the fitness center parking lot with shuttles departing every 15 minutes.
