DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Airman 1st Class Brett Williams, 7th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, demonstrates the fireman carry using Airman Zachariah Weldon, also a firefighter, during a training exercise, May 6. There are more than 55 firefighters within the squadron who operate more than 15 fire trucks. Some days, firefighters receive up to 10 calls and are required to be on scene within five minutes of the call.
