FINRA experts to give Team Dyess financial advice

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --  Francis Dong and Gary Tidwell, financial experts from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Investor Education Foundation, will give a free briefing Feb. 18 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Heritage Club here about budgeting, retirement planning and debt reduction. Mr. Tidwell is the recipient of numerous teaching and research awards related to business ethics, white-collar crime, insider trading and professional liability. He has authored two books and 38 manuscripts. Mr. Dong serves on the Airmen Memorial Foundation Board of Directors and has been recognized by the National Academy Foundation for his work in supporting education in finance.
