DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- A Wreaths Across America ceremony will be held at the Texas State Cemetery in Abilene, Texas Dec. 10 at 11 a.m. The WAA's mission Remember, Honor, Teach, is carried out in part by coordinating wreath laying ceremonies on the second Saturday of December to honor our fallen heroes and those currently serving.
