J-model #11 arrives at Dyess
Lt. Gen. Richard Newton lll, Assistant Vice Chief of Staff, presents Staff Sgt. Scott Esler, 317th Aircraft Maintenance Sqaudron, the honorary key at the C-130 J-model number 11 arrival, Nov. 15, 2011, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas.
