Arnold Gate's outbound lanes closed Jan. 19

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Arnold Gate's outbound lanes will be closed, with minor delays for inbound traffic, Jan. 19 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. due to scheduled barrier maintenance.
