Arnold Gate's outbound lanes closed March 29

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Arnold Gate's outbound lanes will be closed, with minor delays for inbound traffic, March 29 from 9 to 11 a.m. due to scheduled barrier maintenance.
