Arnold Gate's outbound lanes closed April 27

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Arnold Gate's outbound lanes will be closed, with minor delays for inbound traffic, April 26 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. due to scheduled barrier maintenance.
