Deceased Dyess civilian identified

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --  Joseph Benenati, 7th Civil Engineer Squadron, was found dead in his off base residence at approximately 10:43 a.m. on Dec. 11.
He was a civilian firefighter who arrived at Dyess Jan. 8, 2017.
“In this sorrowful time, we would like to extend to the family our heartfelt condolences,” said Lt. Col. Shamekia Toliver, 7th CES commander. “The CES family is faced with a tough situation; we are focused on taking care of Airmen and continuing to perform our mission.”
Base support services are engaging with the unit and are available to all of Team Dyess members.
