DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Construction will take place in the areas surrounding the Youth Center along Texas Dr. starting Sep. 15, 2021 to provide a new concrete speed table and signage at the existing crosswalk on Texas Dr. The Youth Center east parking lot will be closed for the duration of construction, which is expected to continue for several months. For the duration of this project, child drop off will be located on the ball field parking lot behind the Youth Center. Traffic along Texas Drive will be reduced to one lane and marked with traffic signals.
