192 Dyess Airmen receive their CCAF degree Published May 14, 2012 By Senior Master Sgt. Mariana Sobolewski DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- May is traditionally the month in which we celebrate and honor those who have achieved their academic goals. The Community College of the Air Force degree, commonly referred throughout the Air Force asjust CCAF, is an associate degree of applied science earned in the enlisted airman's specialty code. The degree is earned from a combination of technical education, core general education requirements and management education earned from either professional military education or civilian sources. Dyess is set to honor those airmen who have completed all requirements to be awarded their CCAF degree. One hundred and ninety-two Dyess airmen will receive their CCAF degrees during a graduation ceremony May 17, 2 p.m. at the Base Theater here. The following are the CCAF graduates: Staff Sgt.
