7th Operations Support Squadron

Lineage.  Constituted as 7 Airdrome Squadron on 7 Nov 1942.  Activated on 21 Nov 1942.  Inactivated on 20 Aug 1948.  Disbanded on 8 Oct 1948.  Reconstituted, and consolidated (29 Aug 1991) with the 7 Operations Support Squadron, which was constituted as 7 Operations Squadron on 4 Jun 1952.  Activated on 16 Jun 1952.  Inactivated on 20 Jun 1953.  Activated on 1 Dec 1957.  Discontinued on 15 Mar 1960.  Redesignated as 7 Operations Support Squadron on 29 Aug 1991.  Activated on 1 Sep 1991.  Inactivated on 31 Dec 1992.  Activated on 1 Oct 1993.
