Chief Master Sergeant Benjamin McCullough

CMSgt Benjamin D. McCullough is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 7th Bomb Wing, Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. As the installation’s host Command Chief, he is the primary advisor to the Wing Commander on all matters concerning health, morale, welfare, training, professional development, career progression, readiness, and the effective utilization of the base enlisted force. He serves as the Commander’s representative for numerous military and civic functions, boards, councils, and committees. Additionally, he supports the generation of combat-ready B-1B Lancer aircraft, crews, and the associated combat support for global engagement taskings. His impact reaches more than 14,000 active-duty members, civilian employees, and family members.

CMSgt McCullough entered the Air Force in September 2001 through the delayed entry program. He graduated technical training in December 2002 and entered the aircraft maintenance career field as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Technician maintaining the F-16 Fighting Falcon, the KC-135R Stratotanker, and the B-1B Lancer. His experience encompasses administrative, production, and support roles within the maintenance community. CMSgt McCullough has deployed in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, SPARTAN SHIELD, POSEIDON ARCHER, PROSPERITY GUARDIAN, and five Bomber Task Forces. Prior to his current position, CMSgt McCullough was the Senior Enlisted Leader, 7th Maintenance Group, Dyess AFB, Texas.
