317th AW holds TORQE 62 memorial ceremony
Airmen with the 317th Airlift Wing finish the TORQE 62 memorial run at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Oct. 4, 2021. During a deployment in Afghanistan on Oct. 2, 2015, a C-130J Super Hercules, call sign TORQE 62, crashed after take off. The crash led to the death of six Airmen and five contractors; four of those Airmen were stationed at Dyess AFB and assigned to the 39th Airlift Squadron. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
