Stealth pilots, high school students collaborate to create innovative part for $2.2 billion aircraft

U.S. Air Force Maj. Joseph Manglitz, a B-2 evaluator pilot at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, was one of the Airmen who worked closely with the high school students, guiding them in their design and printing processes of the protective panels for the aircrafts’ cockpits. “It was impressive to see the ingenuity and the initiative in each of these students,” Manglitz said.
