DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas—Gregory Showell, Bomb Wing Ballers guard, shoots a basketball Feb. 16 during an intramural basketball game here. The 7th Bomb Wing intramural basketball team competed against the 7th Civil Engineer team in a 40-minute basketball game. The final score was 51-50 with the 7 BW taking the win. By participating in intramurals Dyess Airmen come together and learn how to work better as a team, while boosting morale throughout the base. The basketball season started in January and lasts through April. Other intramural sports include: football, softball, soccer, golf, racquetball and volleyball.
