Family Services

Family services is part of the Airman & Family Readiness Center. It is manned by volunteers dedicated to assisting Air Force members and their families adapting to the mobile military lifestyle. The office at 382 Ave. D, is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers are on hand to answer questions and assist newcomers to the area. One of the most popular services offered is the lending closet. Cooking utensils, playpens, ironing boards and other household items are available on loan to incoming and outgoing military members and their families. Infant car seats are also available. Anyone interested in helping the Air Force take care of its own may become a volunteer. Call 696-2409. Family services also operate the Airman's Attic program. It provides donated clothing, both civilian and military, and some household items to enlisted personnel in grades technical sergeant and below. Furniture items are also available for enlisted member's senior airman and below. The Airman's Attic, located at 382 Avenue D, is open Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC)
The SARC provides comprehensive sexual assault prevention and response programs. No matter where you are based or deployed, the SARC is your resource for sexual assault prevention, response and recovery. The SARC will coordinate and monitor victim care from the time an initial report is made, through the resolution of all issues related to the victim's health and well-being. Victim care and support is available 24/7 through the 24-hour Response Line at (325) 518-1802. Confidential reporting is available to active duty members.
