CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT ERIC DUGGER

Chief Master Sergeant Eric Dugger is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 7th Bomb Wing, Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. He is the principle liaison between the wing commander and enlisted force as well as the primary advisor to the commander on matters concerning the morale, welfare, training, professional development, career progression and the effective utilization of the base enlisted force. Additionally, he serves as the commander’s representative for numerous councils, committees, boards and military and civilian functions. Lastly, he disseminates the commander’s policies to all levels of senior officer and enlisted leadership.

Chief Dugger is a Pennsylvania native. He enlisted on active duty in 1992 as a Food Service Apprentice. His background includes various duties as Dining Facility Manager, Readiness Manager, Lodging Guest Service Manager, First Sergeant and Squadron Superintendent. His previous assignments include Japan, Georgia, Korea, Delaware, Louisiana, California, Colorado, Hawaii, and North Dakota. He has served overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the Superintendent, 71st Mission Support Group, Vance AFB, Oklahoma.

CMSgt Dugger assumed his current position on 27 August 2018.
