Tech. Sgt. Kerry B. Charles, a Louisiana native, died Wednesday of natural causes from cardiac arrest due to organ failure.

"This is a sad day for all members of Team Dyess with the heart-breaking loss of one of our own," said Col. David B. Béen, 7th Bomb Wing commander. "We are extremely saddened by such a tragic loss and our thoughts and prayers go out to Sergeant Charles' family and friends during this time of grief."

A memorial service for Sergeant Charles will be held at the Dyess AFB Chapel at a time to be determined.
