Dyess Fire Department trains with local college

Students attending the Texas State Technical College emergency medical technician course practice stabilizing a victim’s neck Dec. 12, 2014, at Texas State Technical College in Abilene, Texas. The EMT students were participating in a mass casualty exercise alongside Dyess firefighters, which served as a final project for the students’ basic training course.
